Refund and Returns Policy

Communication and Refunds:

• A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations or returns of orders that have already left the warehouse.


Revised Reward Programme:

• Reward points used for an order cannot be reinstated if the customer subsequently requests to cancel that specific order.


• Reward points are only credited on the product value of prepaid orders.


• Combining two reward codes for a single order is not allowed.
